No-Bake Protein Date Bars. All this baking and cooking for this upcoming Thanksgiving week is wiping us out! The words "no-bake" in this recipe is music to our ears. * 1 heaping cup pitted dates* 1/4 cup of your choice between maple syrup, honey, or agave nectar* 1/2 cup creamy natural peanut butter (or almond butter)* 1 cup roasted unsalted chopped almonds* 1 1/2 cups rolled oats* 1 scoop of Lean Sense Protein* additional options: chocolate chips, dried fruit, other nuts, vanilla, coconut flakes1. Place all ingredients in a food processor2. Transfer to a pan, and flatten3. Place in the freezer or fridge to firm up 15 min or longer4. Cut into 9 square bars5. Enjoy!
