Ik it's more and more common and prevalent these days when a beginner gymgoer  goes up to a girl & asks for advice and to teach whatever you're doing atm but dang still makes me so happy lol. Like esp when you know it took lots of courage and wasn't easy to do. Also when he's over a ft taller than you😝 anyway first workout back from camping. For the first exercise, don't be shakey like I am up there. If you are, put on more way. Movement supposed to be smooth and straight. Vid shows 70 and I hadda go up to 100 so yuh gotta play with it. Fer squats,...if you're interested in really crooked ones, come watch me LOL. #balanceissues I just played around today. Did regulars then firsT time with some pulses and 3/4ths. They weren't GREAT, but not everything is your way alla the time so blahblahblah. Go lighter on those. I did 65 e side then only 45 e side. Again, play with ittt💩🦄. List molchanovaregina's Instagram Прошедшая неделя была крайне урожайной на необычные события, расцветившие яркими красками полотно жизненных будней (написала и сама офигела - знатная вышла формулировочка😂🙈 ). Но на тренировки времени увы катастрофически не хватило, и поэтому их у меня было всего две. Не мудрствуя лукаво, я их поделила на ноги и грудь с трицепсом😊 тут сейчас по законам жанра должен быть самоедческий пассаж о том, что я жалею о пропуске тренировок, ругаю себя, бубню, что каждый такой пропуск отбрасывает назад от светлой цели и тушки мечты бла бла бла. Но его не будет. Потому что я не жалею😂 тренировок у меня в жизни будет ещё миллион, а вот концерт Аэросмит уже не случится никогда. А ещё я и алко пила и конфеты шоколадные (молочный шоколад🍫😋) ела, и хорошо мне было😂 и если на этой фото вам вдруг почудится целлюлит, верьте глазам своим - это он и есть😂

There is a pretty linear relationship between arousal (pysche up) and performance. But eventually is gets to a bell curve where there is a diminishing return. Annecdotallly I have experienced this when I was so blitzed out of my skull for a set I was shaking and couldnt get tight. Everything just felt off.

I think it's important to find your baseline level and then only tap into that when you need to. That way you can really benefit from it. Even my coach @miketuchscherer would do this especially on competition days and his the most chill, calm lifter iv ever seen!

List michelinemfitness's Instagram I was 3 days out prior to the BC Cup, I took this picture to mark my last workout session. I had to work as fast as I could during the the first 20min. 
Even when I was tired, I never stop until I completed the entire workout that I had in mind by training smart 😉. Every rep. Count, every single exercise is important, every muscle that I'm targeting has it purpose. The more you are consistent, the better you get. after that the energy will go so quickly down that I wished I had magic powers that I could use to get home.
Hard work always pays off any how train hard, believe in yourself and never give up!

Durant cette semaine j'en profitais pour faire le plus d'exercices possible pendant les 20 première minutes, avant que mon énergie baisse. Même quand mon énergie était au plus bas après ce temps, Je m'assurais quand même d'avoir compléter mon travail du jour. Chaque répétition compte, chaque muscle que je vise à une grande importance. On devient meilleur en gardant une bonne régularité des entraînements. A la fin, je me sentais lessivé! j'aurais voulu avoir des pouvoirs magiques pour rentrer chez moi en un clic..!
On est toujours récompensé d'une manière ou d'une autre quand on fait du très bon travail, tout dépend de ce qu'on a fixé comme objectif.
Ne jamais abandonner, croire et rester déterminé.
