Progress 12/14/2017 #classicphysiquefinally broke through the barrier and hit 241lbs last night... couldn't get over it for the last 4 weeks. Weight really doesn't mean much on the scale what matters is the mirror and how much quality tissue in the right areas. Happy with the lats/taper and stoked to shed the bf and see how drastic it looks as my waist comes in. Biceps and triceps are definitely my weakest area that needs to come up. Next is hamstrings.. Overall feeling healthy besides trying to force feed myself at all hours I'm not letting off on training, lifting smart not always heavy. I'll try and be better about more actual work out vidsMy supplements have been fairly standard with @hardmagnumQuattro in the morning and Post workout(evening) I use 5caps of Volume and 8-10caps of DNA 3 carne diem pre-workout ALSO can't forget about Pre4 on most days depending how late I'll train.. if not I'll sub in Opus. And before bed I use a primer pack and my Thrust.There is no magic here I wish there was.. just hours of training, eating and supplementing as best as possible to maximize recovery so you can do it all over again. It's about consistency

I started boxing a few months ago with this legend @primdella_I wanted my focus to be on technique and defence. Love my progress and started to really love boxing; although here, my arms were so shot towards the end, I couldn’t keep my stance with my gloves close to my head. I am learning to control my power and stop wasting energy, conserving my cardio and strength. Boxing is a tough mental sport. Pro Boxers are incredible athletes.
