Some moves from my Insanity Max:30 workout tonight. I am absolutely loving doing Insanity again! my challenge group started almost 3️⃣ weeks ago and I am already down 6️⃣ pounds!I used to be obsessed with the scale, weighing myself 5x a day at least and letting what the scale said dictate the rest of my day. Even if I gained .02 pounds it would impact every thought I would get. Tonight was the first night I weighed myself since the beginning of our Challenge Group and I was so happy to see the number had gone down but even more so I’m so happy with the muscles I’m gaining and how much stronger I am getting.The number on the scale doesn’t matter. What matters is how good you feel, how healthy you are. What matters is that you are happy with yourself, inside and out.

Can I just say that I am feeling overwhelmed lately??Overwhelmed with GRATITUDE!! I have 2 healthy boys, a husband of 10 years who thinks I'm super pretty, a friend support system that makes me feel semi-normal, a team of amazing women I call Moxie, and customers who believe in themselves... We have a future that is destined for greatness as long as we continue to love and serve!My perspective is positive and I'm feeling so blessed. Not because life is easy street. I've been sick and busy and cranky and foggy ... because I'm human and not a robot lolBUT I will show up each day giving this world my best.... because I am BLESSED to have the chance to serve others!That's what I got.And it makes me feel fulfilled.

@regrannedfrom @wlstories-Meet: @breakingupwithobesityI started my fitness journey six years ago after being told by my endocrinologist that I was borderline diabetic and 24 pounds away from weighing 300lbs. I began my journey on a medication known as metformin which was supposed to treat my PCOS, help me lose weight, and induce my menstrual cycle. I lost 60lbs and quickly gained it back 2 years later after taking myself off the medication. Since gaining the weight back my goal has since been to treat my pcos naturally and lose all the weight naturally as well. My motivation is knowing that what I do today to better my overall health will guarantee a life without #pcossymptoms. Body positive is celebrating your body whenever possible and on the days where all you see are flaws remind yourself just how phenomenal you are and remember it’s okay if you don’t love your body 24/7. The goal of my fitness page is to inspire, motivate, encourage & be there for women who are suffering from PCOS because it is possible to treat PCOS & lose weight naturally. Starting tip: You’ll succeed as long as you remember that it took years to gain the weight so give yourself years to not only lose but to maintain the weight loss. #wlstories. . . There is no secret to this, the secret is YOU!It all comes down to how badly do you want this.I had tried it all, even pills that I thought would be my quick fix to my weight issues. Unfortunately, it didn't and was a complete waste of money.I believed that this was just how I was going to look, what was referred to as big boned.I was fooling myself and believed that I could never regain control of my food addiction. Yes, a food addiction.My trials have showed me how to love, respect and take care of myself because if I can't do that for myself, how could I ever do that for the ones I care about.The more time, I poured into myself, the more I began to see an improvement in how my clothes fit.
