These posts are intended to show you that EVERYONE has extra skin and rolls... even people who are 118 lbs and workout 6 days a week. I am NOT telling you that this is the only way that you should look, nor discrediting any other body types. I am sticking up for the "skinny" friend, the "overweight" friend, the "weird" friend, the "ugly" friend, and all the other classifications out there. Why? Because someone needs too. You are more than a stupid classification. I am here to show you that your body is beautiful. Your body is sacred. Take good care of it. I am not following a "fad" of showing you imperfections in pictures. I'm following a movement of self love + women empowering other women. And that's a movement I will be on forever because it's pretty damn amazing. The only classification we should be focusing on is SELF LOVE, ya feel me? Follow her she's awesome! 6 months on Accutane and not lifting caused me to lose around 6 lbs of muscle weighing in at 106lbs currently. Goal weight is to reach 110 within the next few months. If you're looking to cut weight quick I suggest @kayla_itsines BBG 13 weeks of her program kept me in shape while not being able to do many things in the gym. You can spend hours and hours working out and make the perfect meals, but if you don’t also focus on the mental shift and build your self confidence and belief, it’s all for not. 
Investing in books just like this one over the last 2 years has made a world of difference. I believe in myself more, I dare myself to dream bigger, and I feel more at peace with where I am + where I’m doing in life. 
Such an exciting transformation and it’s not stopping anytime soon! Thanks to my amazing coach, friend, mentor, and sister @shortgirlfitness, I’ve got my next book to read!! I’ve heard great things and can’t wait to start it!! Have you read this one or know if any other books like this I have to check out?!  1632277771031823467_1990278575

Ive said it before and I’ll say it again, mental health is just as (if not more) important than physical health guys. I made a executive decision and I choose to sleep versus exercising to recharge my body. But in reality I barely got one of those things done ‍♀️ It was super chilly in our house so Zeus and I were extra snuggly, and I woke up thinking it was Sunday so it’s been a little weirder of a Monday than normal. BUT I got my lunch packed and am prepared nutrition wise and threw my hair up in a bun which is good enough for me.
