‼️ FOR ALL YOU ASKIN ABOUT ABS, READ THIS‼️
If you watch my snap chats, you'll see I don't eat that well. People ask how do I eat like that and still have abs? My response is…
1. Every body is different. What my body can handle may be different than what your body can handle. That being said, I know what my body can handle. I can tell when I've had a bad week of eating because my abs aren't as defined as they should be. You need to find out what YOUR body can handle, that's the first thing.
2. I believe in the "athlete effect" (I just made that up, it's not a real thing so don't google it 🙃) What I mean by that is, athletes eat whatever they want but they still look good. I believe that your body can adapt to your lifestyle and your training. Athletes eat what they want but they also train harder and more than the average person. So for me, I don't eat that healthy but I've been training for so long, that my body has gotten use to my eating habits and my training habits. To the point now, I can still have abs and eat bad lol but it's not like that for the everyday person. So like I mentioned before, you have to know your body.
All that being said, I do think you should eat as healthy as you possibly can. You can't go wrong with that! Just figure out what your body can and can't handle and go from there!
