It's been amazing and we've been eating lots of fruit. On average I eat 10-15 dates and up to 10 bananas a day, but I seriously love all fruit💗 Nice cream^ is probably one of my favorite meals. List keraheartshealthy's Instagram Why is it that when we are most run down, stressed, and exhausted we reach for sugar? 🤷🏽‍♀️ After weeks of excellent nutrition, three days out from my exam I panicked, and you know I loaded up on biscuits and bread to get me through. I justified that it was quick and fast and would mean I could spend my time just studying. Plus, extra carbs and glucose for my brain right, and I'm still exercising so I can burn it off... right? Even as I was eating it, I knew my body didn't feel happy with me.

Net result: feeling even more tired, lethargic, and sluggish than before. Energy to get through cramming: Zero.

I spent most of yesterday napping after my Zumba class, and got through a fraction of what I needed to learn, making today all the more stressful. But lesson learned- today I started my day with my push-ups and made this açai bowl for breakfast. Now this enormous to-do list feels ever so slightly more achievable.

When I don't have ripe fruit with me or traveling, I go to juice places to get a banana smoothie and get them with until bananas. Now, all you need to do is carry little travel-sized jars with different types of fruit (or one) and add whatever you normally would add to make your drink using either s blend or shaker. - 1 scoop vanilla pea powder
- 50g frozen zucchini
- 1 frozen banana
- few drops of orange oil (optional)
