One thing I'm beginning to understand on this fitness journey of mine is that you can liturally bust your hump in the gym for 2 hours a day, 5 days a week, but if you're diet is trash, you're wasting your time. That's not to say you can't treat yourself from time to time. One salad won't make you skinny and one brownie won't make you fat! But....you have to be disciplined in eating clean most days if you want to see real results. Made some protein-packed dark chocolate mini muffins with my mini bakers!! We used #kodiakcakesmuffin recipe on the back of the box (minus the banana because I didn’t have one ripe enough.Also, the recipe calls baking for 14-18 mins...I recommend 12 minutes for the mini muffins).
