My Health issues have been seriously kicking my ass so I made numerous doctor's appointments, and I will be getting a Blood test done fairly soon to see what exactly is going on with my body.

At any rate, this is a late post of my Home Gym Day workout, I hit Legs and did other shit as well, a full body workout if you will. I did the following: Stiff Legged Deads, Sumo Stiff Deads, Sumo Squats, T-bar Rows, Dead Rows, and I used the 15's-25's. I also incorporated Bicep Curls, Tricep Extensions, and since my brother lifted before me, the 20's-25's were tied together to make them heavier. We don't have adjustable Dumbells so we tie them together with shoelaces.

The great thing is it’s not to far from my house only 5 mins away so just another option for getting in that work. Always have several places to work out don’t make excuses make it happen! Picking up a couple LB. but staying lean. Trying to stay within 3-4 week of competition shape. As time passes and I keep picking up some size but staying lean I will be looking to possibly cross over into the Classic physique. The enzyme that burns fat is called Carnitine Palmitoyltransferase, it uses Carnitine to make the enzyme. We have a large pool of Carnitine that your body uses for a variety of functions. If we’ve suddenly started burning a heap of fat, that Enzyme that hasn’t been doing much all of a sudden starts working, and if we hit a plateau it’s not hard to imagine that we may have pushed ourselves into a Carnitine deficiency. Taking extra Carnitine may prevent that plateau. So I do it, I encourage all my clients to actually utilise Carnitine to make sure they’re capable of burning fat and just to cancel out a cause for a plateau.

That concept of Carnitine will make your preferred source of fuel be fat, you know that statement that’s in all the brochures and people talk about, that I don’t agree with. There’s too many other factors that will determine your substrate usage for fuel rather than just loading up with Carnitine. Insulin blocks Carnitine Palmitoyltransferase. So, try and avoid sugars as much as possible. You can go and use Carnitine but the Insulin itself can stop it from working.

So the short answer is I suggest my guys use L-Carnitine…preferably Acetyl-L Carnitine. It’s more to do with what your gut can tolerate, but anywhere between 2 to 6 grams equivalent worth of Carnitine should be a good starting point.

List lift_vegan's Instagram CHOCOLATE FUDGE PANCAKES  seriously these were SO fluffy, fudgy and fun to eat  served with scrambled tofu because of course I need some turmeric  ingredients for the pancakes are 1 cup wholewheat flour, 2 SUPER ripe bananas, 2 tbsp flaxseed (mix with water to make "egg"), 1 tbsp baking powder and 3 tbsp of cacao. Cook on a non stick pan, be patient and cook at low heat to make sure it doesn't stick!!
