Holidays always call for a trip to Cha Am and our favourite Aroy Restaurant. There aren't a great deal of vegan options -Thais love their meat - so I plumped for my usual of vegetable spring rolls, vegetable massaman curry, and a nice chilled glass of watermelon juice. The curry was quite a bit spicier than it's been before, and I've already felt distinct rumblings, which may mean we're in for an exciting forty-minute ride home on the motorbike. Holy moly! Watching the results roll in from the first test group has been inspiring! And humbling. •These are 80 days apart and clearly the results came from effort and having a PLAN! •I definitely find more motivation when I have:•A. A structured workout & nutrition plan to follow. •B. Buddies to do it with. •C. A goal to work towards. Bring it on 2018 and my turn to hit the big 4-0!!•So, with that, I’m bringing together some of my girlfriends, near and far, to run through this exact 3 month program. You want to do this with me? •I’ve never done the program myself, so it will be brand new to me too! •BUT, what I am promising, is that I will follow it as designed....down to the recommend fitness toys, nutritional supplements and timed nutrition. •Full tranparency, I will miss #intermittentfasting , but never truly did “timed nutrition”, but first time for everything and I love a good challenge. •Who’s in? ‍️
