Warm Sweet potato Breakfast bowl🤗 Perfect for cold mornings, or to re-heat as an afternoon snack or post-workout meal 🧡 It’s both delicious and seriously filling which sustains you easily till lunch time: everything you want your breakfast to be!Steam 2 medium orange sweet potatoes. Place in a food processor with 4 tbsps of almond butter, 2 tsps of olive oil, 2 tsps brain octane (or coconut oil), 1 tbsp coconut milk, 1 tsp cinnamon & 1/2 tsp vanilla bean. Blend till smooth. Peanut Butter Cups by @goodfood.sports.happyfamilyhead over to her page for delicious & healthy recipes.#recipeINGREDIENTS300g dark chocolate with at least 70% cacao (=3 chococlate bars)Instead of ready made chocolate you can make your own chocolate with this recipe:1/4 cup coconut oil1/4 cup cacao butter1/2 cup cacao powder4 tbsp maple syrup1 tsp vanilla extractPeanut butterA pinch of salt1 tbsp maple syrup . ⏩⏩InstructionsMelt coconut oil and cacao butter in a water bath. While stirring add the other ingredients and mix well. If you use ready made chocolate just melt it. Pour a little mixture into small muffin forms or paper cases and refrigerate until set. Mix pb, saltband maple syrup and add a tsp of this mixture into each. Pour over more of the chocolate mix until the peanut butter is covered. Sprinkle with chopped nuts or freeze dried fruits of your choice and refrigerate again.
