Es geht doch nichts über eine Portion Porridge am Morgen oder?  Vorallem wenn man Energie braucht für das kommende Training  Heute ist intensives Bauchtraining angesagt + Cardioeinheit  Da müssen die Speicher voll sein!

Nehmt einfach:
• 200ml Mandelmilch und erhitzt diese in einem Topf. • Gebt 50g Haferflocken und 20g Whey hinzu. • Süßt das ganze mit Flavdrops oder ein Süßungsmittel eurer Wahl. • Gebt immer etwas Wasser nach, bis eine schleimige Konsistenz entsteht. • •Nach Bedarf noch 10g Kakaonibs hinzugeben (etwas Fette) •Für das Topping nehmt ihr 100g TK Himbeeren und 5g Xucker light und erhitzt diese in der Mikrowelle. • Die Himbeeren umrühren und auf das Porridge geben - Fertig
