List fitafranco's Instagram Just some of my fave leg/glute exercises :) I like to begin my leg days with 5 mins on the stair master as a warm up, you never want to begin any workout without prepping your body and elevating your heart rate. The sumo deadlifts are my favourite for targeting the glutes, hamstrings, and hips. Difference between sumo and conventional deadlift is the placement of your legs - wide stance with feet right under the bar, toes facing outward, knees directly on top of the middle of the foot in sumo squat position. Hands - in b/w your legs instead of outside. I like to finish off with the last three exercises in the video as a tri-set until I max out. The first one is a donkey pulse (you can add a DB), second is fire hydrant with an added knee extension working both gluteus medius, hip abductors, and quads. The last is the rainbow - targeting all aspects of the glutes. The last three can even be done at home! Enjoy 😋

I was 11 weeks out from my Teen Men's Physique Show, looking like I was 20 weeks out! I have to give credit, where credit is due. Bostin Loyd may be an extremely controversial figure in the fitness industry for his blunt honest (which, I highly respect) about what REALLY goes on in professional Bodybuilding, some love him and some despise him. This man has done nothing but an amazing job as my coach. He took me as a client 11 weeks out super out of shape, warned me of the consequences to become ready (suffering from low calories and high cardio for an extended period of time) allowed me to do monthly payments because I'm a teenager, and gave me his phone number so we can contact via text. He's had me on an INSANE plan that's been the hardest thing I've ever done in my life. But, were getting it done and I'm listening to my coach. 👍 Thank you, Bostin! Because of you, I will be doing the @npcwestcoast Classic in 4 weeks! I highly recommend him to anyone trying to get in shape out there! 💪
