When we leave things in our lives unattended they are left to complete entropy - they are left to self-destruct. Whether these are relationships, our bodies, our commitments, careers and aspirations.
The worst part about procrastination is exactly that, we'll find out tomorrow.(postponing your dreams, and the person you want to be)
Procrastination is usually tied to fear, disappointment or unrealistic expectations.
Fear of failure, fear of trying or wanting to try but due to part unrealistic expectations, not wanting to try at all.
Part of getting over procrastination, is to STOP. (today, not tomorrow)
STOP, sit and think, what is holding me back?
Why haven't I gotten started yet?
Why am I afraid to get started?
What am I avoiding?
What habits can I make, to make it easier for me to get out of the procrastination habit?
Take on a Do-it-Today attitude, don't leave things for then, trust in your ability and your strengths and the journey of failures that lead to success. Don't be afraid to dare to start again, and keep growing who you are.
