TRX Single Leg T-Spine Rotation: straps mid calf length, you are ground facing away, one leg suspended and the free leg will be on Kneeling position, both hands next to Kneeling leg and from there Press the suspended leg back and rotate towards the front leg side.
Second, TRX Ribs and Glutes Stretch - same length and body position, bent suspended leg till you feel the stretch in your tights from there by keeping your front leg on Kneeling position drive your arms over your head and move your body towards the front leg side.

Sometimes you need to do an exercise reverse to make sure you are engaging the right muscle group, because the #movement is new to your body, the connection between muscle and brain is new as well so that's automatically will help to activate right muscle groups.

Endo is a condition that affects 1 in every 10 women, but because it is an invisible disease, many women suffer in silence.
Endo typically affects our reproductive organs, but can also spread to other areas. It causes pain, fatigue, infertility and can lead into other conditions as well. I have it on my reproductive organs, my bladder, pelvis, and bowel.
There is no idea what causes the condition, nor is there a cure. As a result, many women are dealing with this on a daily basis, knowing that at present there is no way out.
Your friend that spontaneously looks like she ate an entire beach ball? She has endo.
Your cousin who is happily married and surrounded by friends, but doesn't have kids? She has endo.
Your sister in law who is always fatigued and can't even get out of bed when she's menstruating? She has endo.
Your neighbour who can't shift off any weight, no matter what she eats or how much she exercises? She has endo.
Your work colleague that spent $150k on IVF to finally fall pregnant? She has endo.

Endometriosis comes in many levels of severity, some have it and it barely affects their daily lives, others are on full-time pain medication just to be able to get out of bed. There is no cure, and there is limited research into what actually causes the condition. And because it is invisible, nobody talks about it.
It's 12pm, and I'm writing this post from my bed because I had a particularly rough night (thanks endo).
It's important to bring light to this condition, and the more we talk about it, the more research that will be done and the more support we can get for women that may be struggling with endo.

TRX Low Row to Biceps Curl: face the anchor point, straps on mid Length, for rows palms facing each other , extend your arms, keep your elbows close to your body and by maintaining your plank pull yourself up and then turn your plums up and drive your pinky towards your temple 
2. TRX Chest Press to Tricep Press: stand facing away from the anchor point, straps on mid length, extend your arms in front of your chest and from there drive your thumbs toward your chest and right after your chest to perform your triceps Press you just need to bent your elbows and drive your thumbs towards your temple while you're keeping your forearms parallel
