A super fun thing happened on set today!Having been fitted and had #muapaint our faces and place the most divine elaborate custom made dresses and #masks/headdresses on us for a blatantly #upperclass#masquerade#ballin a #mansionwith an indoor #poolfour of us got to shoot a hottub scene instead!Can't tell you what it was for but it was funnnn AND my scene partner was such a gentleman, who consistently opened doors and navigated us through my faux pasof which there were a few due to tirednessSuch a fun #shoottoday! So lads if you currently only bench 120 lbs, you will need to focus on building up to reps with 200 lbs in order to grow your chest. Likewise with military Press(shoulder exercise) etcProgressive overload is the number one driver for muscle growth!
