I didn't decided to do this for any other reason then to see what would happen but I can certainly say I will be eating a 90/10 vegetarian diet once this 100% month is done!!

Leaning out more should help.. starting the last phase of my cut, dropped all carbs yesterday and will be cycling 3 days off followed by a carb day, rinse and repeat. The first day is miserable, but this shit works! 5 more weeks and I'll have a hopefully magnificent final product - stay tuned! .

Here's my leg workout from a couple days ago and I am still feeling it! Give it a try, and make sure to let me know how it went!💪🏼 ⚒Sprints on treadmill for 20 seconds/ 40 seconds rest for 10 min/ rounds as well as any stretching or mobility work needed after.
⚒Superset: Floor Knee Jump 5x2/ Power Clean 5x3-5 (in video). If you cannot do these movements yet do a verticals jump/ deadlift instead. -------⚒BB Squats 4x10.
⚒Laying Leg Curl Single leg 3x10 each leg. ⚒Seated Leg Curl 3x10
⚒Hack Squat 3x10-12 slow on the negative.
⚒Leg Extensions: 5x10 going up each set, on you're last set do a double dropset to your 3rd set weight and then to your 1st set weight.-----⚒Walking Lunges: 100 reps (50 each leg) if you can grab DB's and take wide steps and drive through the heel to target the hamstrings and glutes. Make sure to feel each rep. Also try and do all 100 reps with as few stops as possible. ⚒Calves: Calve Machine Extension, Leg Press Calve Extension, Machine Plate Loaded Calve Raise. On all 3 do 3x30 (10 toes out, toes straight, toes in) and make sure to get full stretch and contraction on every rep, you do not need a lot of weight!!! ⚒STRETCH!!!
