(  gelatine vorher fünf Minuten im kalten Wasser einweichen ). I was craving pancakes this morning but wanted to keep them healthy with a low glycemic index and high in protein. I quickly whipped up these ones that are gluten free, grain free, dairy free, and contain over 20 grams of protein and less than 5 grams of sugar! 🥞.Ingredients:Dry▪️1/2 cup Bob’s Red Mill Paleo Baking Flour▪️1/4 tsp baking soda▪️Pinch of salt▪️1 scoop Unflavoured Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides▪️1/4 tsp cinnamon▪️Dash of pumpkin spice▪️1/2 tsp coconut sugar▪️1 tsp ground flax seeds.Wet▪️1 egg▪️3 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk▪️1/2 tbsp melted coconut oil.Mix the dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls, then mix together. Add a splash more almond milk if needed. Heat a pan with coconut oil over medium heat, drop batter into the pan by the spoonful. Cook until bubbles form around the edges, flip and cook for around 30 seconds until golden brown. Top with your favourite toppings! To avoid drowning them in sugar from maple syrup I mixed almond butter with unsweetened almond milk and 1/4tsp of maple syrup and poured over top.

Tilápia Empanada na Aveia e Quinoa.IngredientesTilápia (Filé)1 ovo (inteiro) 🥚Um pote com farinha de trigo integralUm pote, sendo 1/2 Aveia em flocos finos e 1/2 Quinoa real em flocosAzeite1 LimãoSal e pimenta do reino a gosto..PreparoMarine a carne no suco de limão, sal e pimenta, por 15min.Prepare 3 potes: Um com ovo mexido (cru), outro com a farinha de trigo e o terceiro com a mistura de aveia e quinoa.Seque os filés em papel toalha e coloque-os primeiro na Farinha de trigo (Tire o excesso, deixando uma camada bem fina), depois no ovo e então na aveia/quinoa.
