Why are front barbell squats good?Can you see the difference in my previous posts of my back squat compared to this front squat?Front Squats and Back Squats work different muscles in different ways.Front squats causes slight changes in motion of the spine, hips, knees and ankles. Not to forget my ability to help keep my torso nice and upright and that dept is nice and low! This resistance exercise can enhance your core strength and improve flexibility. Because we all need powerful thighs, a strong lower back and firm abs . After my deads I did 4x10@45kgas part of my program last night. I was pretty sweaty by now and a little fatigue, this clip being my last set. Landmine Front Squat.-The Landmine variation of1668460841563747932

Landmine Front Squat.-The Landmine variation of the front squat is slightly different from other front squats due to the angle of the movement and the fact that you have to put driving pressure forward during the concentric movement. It is my go to squat variation with the Landmine. However it is somewhat of an awkward movement.
