List michelinemfitness's Instagram I was 3 days out prior to the BC Cup, I took this picture to mark my last workout session. I had to work as fast as I could during the the first 20min. 
Even when I was tired, I never stop until I completed the entire workout that I had in mind by training smart 😉. Every rep. Count, every single exercise is important, every muscle that I'm targeting has it purpose. The more you are consistent, the better you get. after that the energy will go so quickly down that I wished I had magic powers that I could use to get home.
Hard work always pays off any how train hard, believe in yourself and never give up!
---------------------------------- J'étais a 3 jours de la coupe provincial, et je me suis filmer pour marquer ma dernière session d'entraînement. Durant cette semaine j'en profitais pour faire le plus d'exercices possible pendant les 20 première minutes, avant que mon énergie baisse. Même quand mon énergie était au plus bas après ce temps, Je m'assurais quand même d'avoir compléter mon travail du jour. Chaque répétition compte, chaque muscle que je vise à une grande importance. On devient meilleur en gardant une bonne régularité des entraînements. A la fin, je me sentais lessivé! j'aurais voulu avoir des pouvoirs magiques pour rentrer chez moi en un clic..!
On est toujours récompensé d'une manière ou d'une autre quand on fait du très bon travail, tout dépend de ce qu'on a fixé comme objectif.
Ne jamais abandonner, croire et rester déterminé.

Today's transformation is a split and part 2 will follow, later but part 1 is an affirmation to your program, to what 11 months of hard work, consistent, persistant attention to MY fitness journey can achieve.  I may not be ripped like the person on that previous post, I may not have achieved abs within 11 weeks, I may not be able to use the # tag of #screwthescales just yet, but what I can say is that my progress has been made even though I have suffered the following adversities - a grade 1 hamstring tear  in July 16, a grade 1 tricep tear in Oct 16, Glandular Fever which was it's worst at the start of November 16 and continued through to April 17, Hook Work in Jan 17, 4 bouts of laryngitis and 2 bouts of pharangytis, an alcohol addiction, a binge eating addiction, depression and anxiety and now I am currently about to battle a sprained MCL and LCL on top of laryngitis again.  You see Kayla you gave me the resolve to conquer above any of these issues and to reach for my goals!  You gave me the belief in MYSELF! You gave me the tools to achieve this!! I am eternally grateful to have had the pleasure of meeting you twice now and cannot wait to meet you again hopefully soon.  What I want all of the beautiful ladies in this community to realise is - If you want it bad enough you can achieve anything because my adversities are nothing compared to some of the major inspirations that I follow here on IG, your motivation comes from within, your inspiration is what follows... Kayla I became motivated and inspired all in one by YOU and now I am privelaged to be able to motivate and inspire others on my journey whilst I am becoming a better version of me!!
