Models need to have an instinctive understanding of what it is they are modeling for. Is it your intent to sell a product? If so, are you drawing attention to that product? What other props are you wearing, if any, are they accurately displayed? All of these things a model must heed. It is not enough alone to take pretty pictures and or look exotic and or beautiful. Pay attention to all details to capture a good image.

Here’s a story for you. When I was just starting out with my fitness journey my routine was much the same. I’d go into my local gym in town, Club 24, they had two rows of exercise machines. One row had upper body exercise machines and the other had lower body exercise machines. ..I’d go through both the upper body and lower body exercise machines and do four sets of ten. I saw results, but I was only a beginner and lifting up a pencil can get a beginner result. The truth was, and I didn’t know it at the time, but I needed to incorporate free weights if I wanted to have a complete lifting program. ..The free weights were intimidating as a beginner, let’s be honest. But once I started doing them I never looked back. In fact I barely ever touch exercise machines anymore because I believe that much in the power of free weights...Free weights allow you to move with a full range of motion, this forces you to have to use your stabilizing muscles. Using these smaller stabilization muscles keeps your joints and body healthy. A healthy body means you can be healthier and fitter for longer. ..Free weights allow you to have endless exercise variations. They keep things fun for you. Doing all the exercise machines like I did back in the day gets mighty morning. ..🦃 Free weights give you more bang for your buck. If your limited on time, like most of us are, doing a few free weight exercises is going to work more muscles because doing free weight movements work more than just one muscle group at a time. Like the squat, it works your legs, obviously, but it also works your core and your back too. ..I ALWAYS put more free weight movements into my clients programs than exercise machines. They are THAT important for your muscular development, joint health, and fat loss.
