3 weeks ago, when I started walking with with a 20lb/9kg weighted vest(with hand weights inside 2.5lbs/1.1) and a railroad fastener,(20lbs/9kg) I tied to the vest.15-30 minute routine I at least do 2-3 times a weekThe simple act of walking every day greatly increases stamina and decreases fat mass while sparing hard earned muscle and strength. But before you embark on a relaxing evening constitutional, there are a few things to remember.The pace isn't a leisurely stroll but a very fast walk. Anyone(well most) can walk for an hour, but not many can keep up with the pace.The duration should begin at about 30 minutes or so and progress to upwards of an hour.The frequency should be as often as possible. Since it's a very low impact activity, recovery is rarely a factor. Been working on doing more stamina work by walking 1665350078012308784

Been working on doing more stamina work by walking with additional weight with a 20lb/9kg weighted vest(with hand weights inside 2.5lbs/1.1) and a railroad fastener, I believe that's the name(20lbs/9kg) I tied to the vest.For 20-30 mins putting me at a weight of 215lbs/102kg.It has improved my lifts, recovery, and has made my body more dense.Reminder on the importance of walkingThe simple act of walking every day greatly increases stamina and decreases fat mass while sparing hard earned muscle and strength.
