This is a great way to warm up your shoulders. Not only are you targeting them in ways they normally aren’t with standard bodybuilding movements, but these movements help reduce injury and build strength around your rotator cuffs. I’m using 8lb dumbbells, and I wouldnt recommend going much heavier unless your a gorilla 🦍
