HIT THAT FOLLOW BUTTON @albygonzalezfitnessFOR DAILY FITNESS TIPS!!!-- 3 PUSH-UP VARIATIONS-by @pheasyque-There are alot of push-up variations depending on the muscles you wanna hit. -Keeping a 75 degree angle with your arms, will increase the pectorals’ engagement (decreasing the tricep’s one), just like when performing a bench press, while decreasing its angle, will increase the triceps’ one (by decreasing the chest activation). I've been seeing a lot of benefits to doing belted squats. You can basically take your core and lower back completely out of the movement while still performing the squat. For those that do not have a belt squat machine, you can try out this variation. Grab a weight belt and stand in either boxes or benches. Strap up a weight you are comfortable with and get to squatting!Due to the setup, I would recommend going with a lighter weight and just burning out the legs at the end if a workout!#bealegend

Are you ready to blast your biceps and take your arm development to the next level?..If so, add this little trick into your incline curls...Incline DBl DB Curl w/Twist..How to do it:..Grab two DBs and lay back on the bench...Keep your arms straight, back against the bench, shoulder blades pinched together, and elbows by your side...As the arms are fully extended at the bottom Curl the weight up and squeeze at the top. Do that for 10 reps...Once the 10 reps are performed, let your arms hang, and twist clockwise and counter clockwise for 6-8 sec...Once done, take a breath and perform more Curl reps till failure...Good luck and enjoy the burn!
