Project 2018 for Team Norway player Mariell Bruun @mariell02 and myself is get more golf strength. Here a good one with a lot of power cash. Lead side focus - lead arm through impact, internal to external rotation of lead hip and extension of lead hip and knee. Load a few times to feel the right move. 3 series of 12 reps and you have a great specific golf strength drill. Use mini-bands around the knees to add resistance to the move. Try it out.
