BW: 171lbs/77kg I was so disappointed in only doing this for 2 reps on my 2nd set, when before that I got it 8x my 1st set...I should've rested longer, or I just really taxed my CNS. Probably both But it's good to be back in the 400's for reps...it's been 6 years. #okcpersonaltrainer

Part 2(I would've broke the video up, but where I'm at...the wifi is slow. Came up with a neat kettle warmup or workout you can do at the gym or at home.
