Just roll with it 🔵 - Self/preventive maintenance is how I roll. 🙃 I always suggest, er, nag 🤷🏻‍♀️ my massage clients about the importance of strengthening and stretching at home to keep their bodies strong and flexible. 👌🏼 - My day 7 of 80 workout program was Roll and Release and boy did it FEEL GOOD. 😛 I have some new roller moves to show my clients for targeting the piriformis (sciatic pain) and OMG ROLL YOUR UPPER BACK!! (See video) I’ve never rolled my upper back before but you bet I will be adding that to my weekly routine and suggesting it to my clients. - Seriously, I can’t believe how amazing my back feels! 💃🏻🤸🏻‍♀️ - #noexcuses
