Para ganar masa muscular debes alimentarte bien y para aquello puedes seguir estos consejos: ◽ ◽ ◾• Es vital que incluyas proteína en tus comidas como : carne de res magra, pescado, huevos,  pollo. ◽ ◾• Son fundamentales los carbohidratos complejos , estos deben aportar entre el 50% y 70% de la energia total de la dieta ya que son ahorradores de proteína , tales como : Leguminosas (frijol, lentejas , soja) cereales (arroz, maíz, avena)  y los tubérculos ( papa ) preferiblemente cocida. ◽ ◾ •Las grasas ( buenas por supuesto)  son necesarias para absorber las vitaminas liposolubles (A, D, E,K) como lo son él aguacate y las nueces. ◽ ◾•Recuerda siempre consumir mas calorias de lo que gastas durante el dia de manera saludable, beber mucha agua y dormir lo suficiente para que nuestros músculos puedan recuperarse y finalmente , crecer como deseamos.
