Okay, I did it 👌🏽 finally made a keto dessert I actually think like (ask me again tomorrow). This brownie recipe is from @mariaemmerich again. Eggs, swerve confectioners, vanilla extract, unsweetened cocoa powder, salt. I topped it with Halo Top mint chip cos I didn't make the frosting and sugar free chocolate syrup. Still not into the keto cake life, but I'm trying 🤷🏽‍♀️ #atkins

Bacon and Avocado's are amazing, but variety is the spice of life! As we know, the major macro for energy on Keto is fat. Typically 65-75% of our calories should come from fat. Sometimes it can get a bit daunting finding ways to increase fat when most of us have traditionally been told to avoid fatty foods. Here's a starter list to hopefully give you some ideas if you are struggling with your Fat macro. #atkins

Dinner // Pork meatballs with peppers, onion and mushrooms in G Hughes Hickory BBQ sauce (not BBW sauce like I first wrote 🤣) served with half an avocado. I fasted another 23 hours so this plus a fair bit of Halo Top was my one meal of the day. Delicious and satisfying. Made the pork meatballs as per the second photo using sausage meat, diced shallots, an egg, double cream (hwc to you American folk), parmesan, garlic powder, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper. No measurements because I chucked random amounts in and you could tell 😂 They weren't as firm as I'd have liked as I put too much liquid in. Got round that by baking them for a while in the oven til they were sturdy (around 15 mins on medium heat) and then finished them off in a frying pan with the veggies. In other words, I used every pot and pan ever and completely destroyed the kitchen.
