Sound on#90dayreclaimTested all lifts one week back and here are the results in 2 months ️ Deadlift: 155 kg from 145 kg ( super happy ️)️ Back squat: 110 Kg from 105 kg ( need to work on spinal erector strength)️ Bench press: 85 kg (no increase but no decrease as well, bench correlates highly with weight so I will still take it as a win)L-sit ring pullups: 10 from 5I am saving the max chin-ups attempt for another time. It was already a tough week testing everything so didn't think I had it in me.
