This posture can be easily seen when using computers 💻 desk ⌨ mobile📱tablets 📲 etc.

If muscles shortens in one area e.g. front of the neck ➡ structure deforms & distributes strain to another region e.g. neck, head & jaw ➡ jaw dysfunction, headaches and/or neck pain ➡ including fatigue & decreased energy

List shannoncasinto's Instagram Poor movement patterns usually occur after an injury, such as sprain, strain, rupture, dislocation, fracture, etc. 🤕😭 Your biomechanics change (aka adapts) according to the capabilities of the injured part. 
For example, a simple sprained ankle, or a fractured femur (leg bone) don't heal in one day ➡ cause altered locomotion (limping or the use crutches) over a duration of weeks to months ➡ altered biomechanics ➡ dysfunctional muscular  system ➡ poor movement pattern, which should be addressed ASAP
