Tested all lifts one week back and here are the results in 2 months ♠️ Deadlift: 155 kg from 145 kg ( super happy ☺️)
♠️ Back squat: 110 Kg from 105 kg ( need to work on spinal erector strength)
♠️ Bench press: 85 kg (no increase but no decrease as well, bench correlates highly with weight so I will still take it as a win)
L-sit ring pullups: 10 from 5
I am saving the max chin-ups attempt for another time. It was already a tough week testing everything so didn't think I had it in me. 1591303663891297871_2147879863

Week 1 was baseline assessment. Being an engineer, I like data  rather than going with the feel of things. As you can see, my top lifts have dropped by 5-10 kg. I couldn't fit all of them in the video but here are the main numbers tested this week vs my all time best in kilos:
Deadlift max: 145/ 152 
Squat max: 105/ 115
Max chin-ups: 20/ 20
Max Bench press: 87/ 95
Max Overhead Press: 50/ 55
As I get leaner, my goal ⚽️ will be to keep a track  and retain/improve on it. Going on a cut should not necessarily result in losing strength #hope #strong #leangains 1547079277663835250_2147879863

I could have called the reception to get the luggage  up or hired a cab  to get it from the hotel, instead I took the 100+ stair shortcut with 40+ kg luggage. There are always opportunities  like these especially when you travel and it's a fun way to get some extra physical activity in. So challenge your body  and stay strong! --------------------- PS: That mountain dog  be chillin like "Nigga I do that everyday without breaking a sweat " 1508692993203737530_2147879863

Start with 3-4 inch block or weight plate and build up height as you become stronger to go up to an entire foot. Don't go to failure on this.
