That was the beginning of my spin journey - and was taken after my first class. It’s blurry, and I like it that way. It represents a girl who is blurred out now too, because she’s a thing of the past.

I’ve lost about 40 lbs since I started my spinning in March 2017. I notice it most in my face and my tummy, and of course my posture is better now. I don’t talk about numbers often - because until a few weeks ago I didn’t actually own a scale, and I also don’t think it’s always an accurate measure of health. I was, however, curious so I stepped on a scale just to see. And I was actually blown away because I don’t really see a drastic change until I compare photos like this... And then I can really see how far I’ve come! ☺️

My favourite change is that I no longer exercise to lose weight. I don’t go to spin with the thought of “I need to lose a few more pounds to be happy”. Not at all! Instead I’m thinking “I hope I hear my favourite song” or “I can’t wait to dance it out and see my friends!” Exercise should be FUN! Plus, the endorphins and sweat are an added bonus, too   #transformationtuesday 1627596549783721416_1768765494

My first answer is almost always GO TO PHYSIO! A qualified (hands on) therapist, will be able to assess and address the issue much better than a video. Soft tissue restrictions, anatomical variances, neural inhibition, and many other reasons could present in a similar fashion, so at very least just get it checked. 
This variation on using the high incline bench and ez bar, it's tough to see from this angle but my forearms are perpendicular (pointing up) to the ground and don't move across my body (sternal origin pecs adduct or pull arm in so emphasis stays on delts). The movement is directly up and down with elbows staying as fwd as the rotator cuff will allow
