List earthur90's Instagram 3 years apart. On the left my first competition with a 80kg snatch pr, barely sitting at parallel and on the right my last competition again with a personal best of 115kg in very deep squat. Not only I added 35kg on my snatch, I also gained a lot of mobility. I am looking forward to what 2017 brings and very happy to continue my journey with the barbell, which has brought me a lot of friends I really appreciate and helped me to grow as a person. 1429137750548742761_37888591

PREPARAZIONE

Fate un brodo conle teste e le lische di sogliola, mezzo cucchiaio di zenzero ,5 pomodorini , la zucca a pezzi grossi , una zucchina , due spicchi d'aglio è l'alga kombu.Bollite per 20/25 minuti e alla fine regolate di sale. Riponete in una padella i filetti di sogliola con due mestoli di brodo filtrato più uno spicchio di aglio , la conserva di pomodoro ,l'altra zucchina a piccoli pezzi e lo zenzero rimasto. Cuocere 3/5 minuti i filetti ,poi togliete e continuate ancora a far ritirare il sugo per 5/8

Cuocete gli spaghetti molto al dente e fateli saltare alcuni minuti nella padella con sugo e, se serve, aggiungere ancora brodo . I felt like I lost who I was because of my injuries and everything else seemed to be spiraling out of my control. So I pitied myself for a bit, gave zero fucks about my diet (clearly) and come October, I saw myself becoming who I swore I'd never be. And that's the first and last time I'll ever let that happen.

Since October I've been cutting and I'm now more on point with my nutrition and happier with my physique than I ever have been. Not to mention I'm back to full power powerlifting and even stronger than before my injuries (while cutting). You're only as down as you allow yourself to be.
