What is the language you use when you have a conversation with yourself?
My guess is mostly negative.
That is why I am very sensitive, as all day long I am self sabotaging, and then when someone criticizes or points out a weakness of mine, it is the tipping point.
When I engage in positive conversations with myself, that builds me up and I am better prepared for outside input. Your inward conversations reflect how you are to be treated and the conversations, people you surround yourself with.
Take a look......who surrounds you, empowering, positive, uplifting friends, or people who mirror your thoughts?
Be aware, start to shift, make changes.
