Day 28/28 Cardio But really since I have recommitted to my own health I just finished my second program and day 49!! Starting another round of new workouts tomorrow, with an upgraded 21 Day Program and I am hella excited!!! People tell me how inspiring I am and how awesome it is that I am so motivated, that it makes them feel lazy. And those are nice things they say about me, well except the lazy part I am not out to make you feel bad. That is NEVER my intention. The truth is I am LAZY TOO!
I would MUCH rather eat cookies, brownies and veg out in bed watching tv shows. And TRUST me there are days I do EXACTLY THAT! But not ALL the time (It's about #balancedlifeyall). If I did that all the time I would be where I was 5 years ago, overweight, unhappy, depressed and hating the way I looked and felt in my clothes and my body
#REALTALK: I drug my butt since I got home from work, refusing to do my workout....I did not want to do it... HOWEVER I did. How did I do that?? I thought of all the people in my online accountability group that didn't miss ONE workout these past 28 days, I thought of my goals and wishes, I thought of how I would feel when I do finished, I thought of all the people who can't workout who would KILL to be in my shoes capable and able to sweat #swestforthosewhocant, I thought of the MILLION REASONS WHY I should workout instead of all the reasons I shouldn't.
Then I put on some pump me up music, had a dance party and drank my liquid gold ☇☇☇☇ and got it done.
That's it yall ✌
It's not about having the motivation. It's about switching that MINDSET.
I am not perfect, I have faults, I have days...weeks...where I am not on top if it all. The difference though is I keep going, I don't give up..no matter what. Because I have a group, a tribe to hold myself and them accountable. ❤❤❤ and I am always looking to grow that tribe
Now on to the next 21 days of an even better me
