Det jeg gerne vil have folk til at huske på, er at det i og for sig er irrelevant hvad du vejer. Det er ikke antal kilo på kroppen alene, der afgør om du er tyk eller ej. Det er heller ikke det der afgør om du er i form eller ej. Det vigtigste er hvordan du har det inden i og om du kan lide det du ser. Her er et perfekt eksempel på dette. @kathrine_elgaard  Kom til mig for 3 måneder siden og vægtmæssigt har hun kun rykket sig 700g. Men se lige den kæmpe forvandling hendes krop visuelt har gjort sig. Dengang var hun måske ikke så glad for de 56 kilo, men det kan jeg fortælle dig at hun er idag  Kathrine, du er en stjerne og har udviklet dig så vanvittig meget de sidste 3 måneder. List lesbifit's Instagram This morning, my alarm went off at 530 and I wanted nothing more than to stay in bed all day. I was exhausted, crabby, and unmotivated. 545 came and my girlfriend said she was gonna leave without me if I didn’t get up. I realized then that nobody else can push me, I have to make this decision for myself every single day. Laying in bed all day sounds exactly like what I would do when I was 247 lbs, but as I lose weight I realize that I have to make different decisions than 247 me would if I want to become a smaller, stronger me. So today, I pushed myself the extra 2 miles. I ran to the rugby pitch to remind myself why I do this. The reason I lift and run and become better is for rugby. It’s for 80 minutes every Saturday. It’s for my team. And it’s for me. Both to become the best player and the best version of myself. So I’ve been awake for 2.5 hours now, I finished my workout and I pushed myself harder today. This is my life and my decisions make it. And this time, I’m making the right decisions. 1627607002359772418_2233977811

I know we’ve talked about it before but fear makes us waste time and not use it efficiently. So it’s like a double whammy!!! Don’t let this happen to you. It took me years to just finally say no matter what happens never just stand in one spot because of fear. We have to continue to put one foot in front of the other. Sometimes that’s the only thing we can do. And that’s ok. As long as we are making progress. Even though small, one step is closer to that dream or goal you’re trying to achieve. It’s all about progress. Time stops for no one. So let’s do it NOW!! It’s all about the NOW!! What we do now has everything to do with what will come tomorrow and the next day and the day after that. Make it happen now!! Let’s do this!!! Start today!! There’s no time like the present!!!
