I have rather disproportionally long limbs, so always feel that my legs and arms still give the impression of being very thin, despite having packed on quite a bit of muscle over the last few years.  Of course, everyone's body is different and we all have our own niggles and gripes.  Either way, #neverskiplegday otherwise you will end up looking very silly indeed!

Pq hoje é #legday 
#frutas são em sua grande maioria pobres em #carboidrato , a #melancia é um exemplo, mas juntei com outra rica em carboidrato, a #banana - aumentei a quantidade, deixando a refeição rica em carboidratos (treino de alta intensidade exige carbo). Como fonte de #proteína eu utilizei  #claradeovo + 15g de #bcaa (aquele copo parecendo #kisuco ).
Hoje nao terei muito tempo entre refeição e treino, por isso, houve exclusão da #gordura  que "deixa a digestão lenta".

The team there is excellent, the equipment was well maintained and there were inspirational and motivational touches everywhere you looked. Like the sign above the trash can that read "Drop your emotional baggage here". Plus, unlike the gym in this video, all of the "awkward" machines were positioned in such a way that you weren't exposing the goodies to everyone  Thanks for adopting us for the weekend Point Loma, if we are ever back in SD we'll come back for sure!
