Wir genießen gerade unser Frühstück bevor es gleich in die KiTa und ins Gym geht.
Heute auf dem Plan steht Cardio. Ist ja gar nicht meins. Aber auch Dinge, die wir nicht mögen, gehören dazu. Also einfach stumpf den Crosstrainer und das Fahrrad quälen.
Ich. In im Übrigen am überlegen, ob ich mein Training nicht auf 5 mal die Woche ausdehnen sollte?  Was meint ihr? Wie oft geht ihr zum Sport?

Yesterday evening I decided to prepare an ExOATic Bircher Muesli bc:
1/ It is super mega yummy and healthy and sooooo yummy!! And it has been a long time since the last one.
2/ I knew the night will be short and that after so many "plié", "grand jeté" and "pulse pulse pulse" my entire body would be a little sore this morning
3/ I have an early meeting this morning
So I opened the fridge,the cupboard, had a quick look towards the fruits and decided to do with what I had...
The thing is I did not know I will substitute the ESSENTIAL with something different but at the end the result was different than the one expected but still amazing!!
Can you guess what is the missing ingredient and the substitution I made without noticing it at 1st?
Here is the RECIPE with the subsitution ( exactly as I made this bowl):
INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup of oats
1/2 cup of coconut milk
1 yogurt or  about 3 tbsp of yogurt
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tbsp of almond flakes
1 tbsp of coconut flakes
1/4 cup of chopped pineapple
TOPPINGS
Fresh fruits (Papaya, kiwi, pineapple & raspberry)

METHOD:
Put everything in a bowl, stir well to combine, cover with a lid or cling film and put in the fridge for the night.
The next morning, check the consistency (add more milk is needed).
Then you can add the toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
