Guten Morgäään! 
Ihr glaubt nicht wie froh ich bin, dass heute Freitag ist! Das heißt nur noch heute arbeiten und auch nur heute nochmal Training! Am Wochenende wird es wahrscheinlich nicht mehr klappen, aber das ist gar nicht schlimm! Denn.. ich habe einfach überall Muskelkater! 
Es tat so gut wieder ins Training einzusteigen und es geht viel mehr, als ich dachte! Auch der Kraftverlust ist nicht groß und die Form hat sich auch kaum bis gar nicht verschlechtert!
.
Im Moment bin ich übrigens mal wieder daran neue Produkte zu testen. Hier habe ich von @gym_nutrition_official das Creatine, die Bccas in Geschmack Wassermelone und den Koffein Guarana Booster. Creatine nehme ich ja generell eigentlich täglich 5g und ab und zu mal Koffeintabletten / -Kapseln. Daher haben mich hauptsächlich die Bccas überrascht! Für Wassermelone sind sie echt lecker und es sind die ersten Bcaas von denen ich kein Sodbrennen bekomme!  Daher definitiv ein Pluspunkt!  
Testet ihr auch so gerne wie ich neue Produkte?

List primalperformance's Instagram Don’t Eat After 6pm & Lose Weight!

Of course you will?! ‍♂️ And here’s why:

Assuming you regularly eat your dinner after 6pm and then maybe a little something after it to satisfy your sweet tooth, then if you stop eating after 6, you WILL lose weight. Great news right, easiest diet ever?!

‍♂️But heres the kicker, it’s not that your body has some sort of internal clock that means anything eaten after 6pm will be stored as fat, ALL that has happened is that you have reduced the total number of calories that you have consumed in any given day/week/month by removing the calories that you would regularly consume in that time frame and as we already know, if we are eating less calories than we are burning, we WILL lose weight!

The biggest issue with this is that it’s likely unsustainable to stop eating after 6pm forever, so at some stage, you will go back to eating after 6 and the weight loss will cease, or indeed reverse, due to the re-increased caloric intake.‍♂️

It’s very easy to look at things without being overly critical of HOW or WHY they work, don’t assume that because some book that you once read said that if you stop eating after 6pm you will lose weight, that the TIME is the critical factor, its not!‍♂️

Regardless of which diet worked for you or your friends, assuming the goal is weight loss, they all work in EXACTLY the same way…they reduce overall caloric consumption in one way or another. I’m sure a large proportion of you have followed a diet at some stage or another that worked and gave you fairly decent weight loss results? Have a think back to it…what did you have to remove in order to achieve the diet? Carbs? Fat? Food after 6pm? Bread? Booze? 

The answer to any sustainable weight loss lies in addressing energy balance in a way that is achievable and enjoyable. More importantly, it should come from an increase in output and/or a reduction in input, don’t just jump to the conclusion that you have to reduce what you’re eating to lose weight, you could just do more physical activity?‍♀️
