So here you go, 3 things for you to not make so damn complicated

 EATING & NUTRITION 
This one is the king of being over-complicated. Whether you like carbs, fats, go vegan, organic, keto, whatever--don't worry about it. All you have to do is:
Stay in your calories (deficit to lose weight)
Eat lots of protein
Live by the 80/20 rule
Be sure & have some &

The thing you have to realize is there are so many ways to win. Whether you like clsses, zumba, crossfit, gym workouts, home workouts, whatever. 
Here's how to simplify it:

Have fun
