Walking at a steady speed is a form of low intensity cardio; my @fitbit was part of my motivation for walking- then the fat loss was what kept me walking! When walking, you're burning more fat per calorie burned than higher intensity exercise (like running). So, although you'll burn more calories when running for 30 minutes - your body will burn more fat when walking for the same length of time!

It's good to learn what works got you and your body. I know that if I want to cut fat, adding in a daily walk always does the trick!

My mind and heart also need to be in the right place if I am going to see the change on the outside that u want to see! That's were daily personal development comes in, nutritious food for my mind and heart, helping me to grow everyday!

EAT that FROG is what I am working through now! We all have FROGS in our lives, those things that appear on our list but keep getting pushed down because we are avoiding them. Often these frogs are the most important things that we should be doing...for me working out and cleaning the shower were my frogs. 
Today I ate both my frogs, I woke up and worked out and after that I got the shower cleaned!!! The rest of the day is smoother sailing know that I didn't again push them off!! What are your FROGS? Is it workouts, meal prep, answering those work emails, doing laundry, or washing the car? Whatever it may be, EAT that frog, you will be better for it!!! 1429138514716603361_3683643537

March 2015 (right) ⏩ January 2017 👉🏼👉🏼 two years of changing my habits, my eating, my daily routine, my life in general. I wasn't "unhealthy" per say, but I was a lot a bit clueless about proper nutrition and FUELING my body with what it needed. 
That was the year I started researching for myself and playing with macros/different foods to see what worked. 
I'm so happy that I am now more knowledgeable and continue to learn more every day! I will never stop learning and growing 💞 
If you're just getting started, remember that we all start somewhere. My suggestion to you is to dive in head first and never stop asking why/how/what....can't should not be in your vocabulary! 🙅🏼You CAN and you WILL with the right mentality! 💪🏼💪🏼
