La alimentación es la parte más importante que muchas personas no tienen en cuenta, como siempre digo no se trata de hacer dietas sacadas de internet que prometen ser mágicas ya que son dietas que a unos puede que le sirva pero a otros no, ya que SOMOS TODOS DIFERENTES. Pongo mi ejemplo: soy alérgico a los cítricos entre otros alimentos por lo que si no los como es por eso. Hay que saber escuchar a nuestro cuerpo e ir tanteandolo  con diferentes variaciones de alimentos y buscar el mejor plan alimenticio para nosotros mismos. 
Muchas veces el pesar las comidas y tener un control al detalle como estoy haciendo es algo que trae detrás mucha ansiedad y desmotivacion pero si uno quiere cambios diferentes tiene que caminar diferente, sin excusas y haciendo lo que toca cuando toca, luego con el tiempo los resultados llegan solos.

Let's talk training. If you are currently training to gain size or strength in a muscular group or movement pattern this is for you.

Too often I see people designing training programs with an emphasis on growing multiple major muscle groups, now to begin with in training, often newer/less experienced lifters can get away with this. However, many of you guys I suspect aren't exactly beginners to training!

What I would suggest is periodisation of training programs with the idea of having specific muscle groups taking focus for set periods of time. This would mean if you want to increase your upper body as a whole, setting your training into 12 week blocks in which one block you focus on pushing the chest training, perhaps twice per week. With the next 12 week period back movements taking focus. During these period you still train the opposing but with more of an idea of maintaining rather than pushing it.

I'll go more into these in coming posts, I want to slowly teach you guys more as more!
