List soulfulsophia's Instagram On days where I'm out on campus all morning I come back starving!! In instances like this we usually go for anything and EVERYTHING in sight - which almost always leads to not the greatest choices or over eating..
••••2 ways to avoid this!••••
1: If you know you're going to be out for a long day ... and won't have time to stop for a healthy meal/snack be prepared! Wake up a little extra early or spend some time at night preparing some snacks for on-the-go (20 minutes max) This will avoid that feeling of HANGER when you want to grab anything and everything
2. Prep!! I'm not one to prep complete meals because I like to mix things up, but I LOVE to prepare staples. AKA large batch of quinoa, pre chopped cucumbers, hard boiled eggs, large batch of roasted veggies - in this case sweet potato- Having things prepared makes putting a bowl like this together easy. List amargodulceysalado's Instagram En éste clima de otoño lo único que uno quiere es comer y tomar cosas calientes. Desde hace días tenía antojo de un arroz con leche y canela pero luego vi la receta de  @cool_turefood y @melipelaezo y como no tenía arroz lo hice con  quinua!

Cocinan 150 gr de quinoa, primero se laba para sacar impurezas y luego la ponen a cocínar como arroz. En una olla aparte puse a calentar mi leche de almendras y coco de @provamel con una ramita de canela, 3 dátiles y una cucharadita de miel. Retiro la ramita y con una licuadora de mano trato de triturar lo que más pueda los dátiles para que suelten el dulce y queden bien pequeños. Luego incorporamos la quinua previamente cocinada en la leche y dejamos espesar.

Habe andere für meine Stimmung/Unzufriedenheit verantwortlich gemacht. Habe den Fehler woanders gesucht. Und nicht angefangen, auf mich zu sehen. Für mich zu arbeiten. Für mich zu kämpfen. Heute weiß ich, dass JEDER für sein eigenes Glück verantwortlich ist. Und dass, wenn man unglücklich ist, man selbst etwas verändern muss. Auch wenn jeder Anfang sicher nicht leicht ist. Und das Durchhalten hart ist. Am Ende lohnt es sich immer, wenn man für sich selbst kämpft  ihr merkt sicher, dass ich in der letzten Zeit weniger gepostet habe. Aber das wird sich wieder ändern - wenn ich einen wesentlichen Punkt in meinem Leben geändert habe. Ich möchte nicht mein Leben lang auf einer Stufe stehen. Ich habe Ziele. Und Träume. Und dafür kämpfe ich  und ich möchte euch ermutigen, auch zu kämpfen. Und etwas zu verändern, wenn ihr unglücklich seid. Ihr habt es selbst in der Hand  jammern und unglücklich bleiben - oder etwas verändern, kämpfen  und glücklich sein
