List mullallpa's Instagram TORTA DE QUINUA

INGREDIENTES:
1 kilo de harina de quinua
600 gr de mantequilla
1 sobre de polvo de hornear (20 gr)
4 cucharadas de esencia de vainilla
8 huevos
½ kilo de azúcar
Un tarro de leche evaporada

PROCEDIMIENTO:
1.- Separar las claras de huevo para batir a punto de nieve. 
2.- Mezclar la mantequilla, azúcar y yemas hasta formar una crema, luego agregar la harina de quinua y leche hasta formar una masa uniforme. 
3.- Finalmente, incorporar las claras a punto de nieve, el polvo de hornear y la vainilla.
4.- Llevar al horno por 1 hora con 20 minutos, a horno moderado.

And Protein Packed PUMPKIN, at that!  My son asks for pancakes for breakfast daily, but I haven’t been making them because I ran out of my favorite Kodiak pancake mix.  But weekends are definitely for pancakes!  Whipped up a batch of these yummy cakes and the kiddos loved them!  Here’s the recipe I used... Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup egg whites (about 6)
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup pumpkin purée 1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 
Directions:
Place everything into a blender and blend until you have a batter.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Lightly coat the pan with coconut oil or cooking spray and drop 1/4 cup rounds of batter into the pan.
Cook until edges are bubbling and then flip and cook several more minutes or until edges are golden brown and pancakes are cooked through.
